Men of the Future … are you ready to be in the NOW?

Men of the Future … are you ready to be in the NOW?

Unless you’re a man who has been living in a cave for the last year, you will be aware of the quantum shift taking place for you in today’s professional world. No such thing as business as usual especially for men.

BALANCING A MAN'S LIFE CHALLENGES WITH POSITIVE MASCULINITY AND AUTHENTIC HARMONY IS A MUST IF YOU ARE TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITH WOMEN IN BUSINESS AND IN LIFE….

It’s tough for men, especially top decision men who are often making major adjustments from traditional perspectives to ensure they thrive in these uncertain times.

Men must navigate their usual traditional role and the new emotional integrity that post pandemic economies demand. The new leadership/life dynamics occurring with DEI and ESG and SNGs and more pressures at home to provide against escalating living costs and teenage children wanting college fees paid!!

As men lead and work in required gender equal and diverse cultures, many issues arise that they are unused to. Women are asserting themselves in ways that often confuse men. Different generations holding perspectives that clash and many old patterns of hierarchy and gender equity battles are blocking progress to authentic harmony.

Male leaders report that they are more unsure than ever as to how to negotiate their way through the ripple effects of the #metoo movement and pandemic pressures for hybrid working and rising cases of big payouts on sexual harassment legal actions. Even for men advocating for women to move to the top often feel left out in the ‘women empowerment’ movement when battling with those men who refuse to change.

What is the mix of fear, anger, frustration, confusion that creeps in? This is not an “either or” situation, it’s “and-and”! Building awareness on natural differences and principles of harmony includes the value of heart centered leadership.

Go on – it’s ok to own all emotions… and it's "manly" to overcome them with emotional understanding, business trust and a culture of respect for all parties.

Can we build a new baseline landscape that shifts awareness for both men and women is the way to engage everyone in a new creative conversation?

To achieve this, we propose to empower men to be open minded to a more flexible, adaptable, collaborative synergistic, harmonious diverse world, and to navigate the MIND-Field of professional and domestic relationships. Men need to be men and still want to be viable competitors as well as colleagues in the challenging game of life and business (and and)!!

Many wise men today want to reassess their masculinity in communication, using greater sensitivity and still retaining authority. It’s increasingly difficult to exert a more masculine-style influence and be sure to be received fairly by both men and women. Now we present a pioneering Gender Dynamics Intelligence (GDI) landscape assessment and communication tool is designed to help men (and women) achieve a meaningful, masculine manner that fluently integrates instinctive emotions, integrity and logic.

This pioneering approach encompasses positive masculinity and female empowerment into the combined territories of male and female with a 360-degree view of all diversity.

This is integral to a new program facilitated by Dr Pauline Crawford, the creator of the GDI map, an International Speaker, and Author of The Power of Authentic Harmony.

Men – It’s time to eliminate the barriers that bar your way to fulfillment and material success.

Men of the Future … are you ready NOW?

My gratitude to all the men in my lead photo. I interviewed each of you during 2018 -pre pandemic- in a world of #metoo movement and quotas of women into boardrooms. Our world of women has moved on and now we face economic challenges globally. We cannot afford to waste time arguing for equality, we need harmony and joint- co-creation honoring each other's natural talents.

I asked this cohort each in turn "what advice will you give a woman to manage a man today?"

The answer collectively was "We love you women - we love working with you, we respect you, you are complex, we are simple. Please value us for who we are, don't smother us, mother us or see us as a threat (#metoo) - see us for our straight-forward truth as a man and love us as we are"

WISE ADVICE.... thank you.
