Background:
The previous years of our pandemic have brought about new challenges for women in leadership roles. It is essential that women exhibit strong professionalism and substance to ensure their effective presence alongside senior men in a fair and suitable manner. Women in leadership positions play a pivotal role in top professional and government positions. The objective of this program is to empower women in leadership roles and boost their confidence so that they can achieve real synergy results while working alongside men.
Program Schedule
The Leadership Program – PROFESSIONAL WOMEN OF SUBSTANCE - is designed and delivered globally by Dr. Pauline Crawford, Chief Vision Officer at Corporate Heart International. The program consists of a series of Three Masterclasses, each building on the previous, designed to encompass the key elements of professional presence, communication, gender dynamics intelligence, and behavioral excellence.

The Masterclasses may be conducted online -or in-house - and will require participation and engagement during their delivery, along with written and logged assignments and practice of principles learned. These activities will be conducted between touchpoints internally in your organization and addressed at each next Masterclass.

The series of Masterclasses is designed for aspiring top professional women in C-Suite Corporations and Senior Government roles. The program is designed in three sessions with each cohort of eight; where several cohorts are participating, we propose that this program supports the community of PROFESSIONAL WOMEN OF SUBSTANCE. Participants may be nominated based on merit to trailblaze a shift in the balance of men and women in positions of influence while ensuring everyone can maintain an authentic performance as individuals, to be role models for others through displaying a new confidence, excellence and example of how natural synergy between women and men is an advantage to business performance.
The Masterclasses will address expanding confidence through value creation principles, professional behavior excellence using gender dynamics intelligence GDI©, relationship excellence within senior roles, navigating and creating real synergy workplace cultures, top-level interpersonal communication skills in leadership, and building a consistent long-term reputation as women of substance.

Through these Masterclasses, participants will gain increased professional and personal courage, capability, and confidence at senior levels, an improved ability to be a leader with a range of different personalities and managing both internal and external difficult situations. Participants will also gain the highest-level understanding of how to elevate the effectiveness of conversations that matter and lead the way for real synergy with senior men.

Support networking amongst participants needs to be organized during the program period so that each can explore and expand the lessons learned during this pandemic and integrate new strategies to survive and thrive in this tough economic landscape.

Dr. Crawford’s experience with a wide range of culture stems from 30 years in corporate cultures in the UK and Europe, plus 4 years working in Asia 2013-2017, and since 2018 in the USA and globally via zoom and other online platforms. This experience gives her credibility with senior female professionals in government, corporations and a wide range of commercial and entrepreneurial organizations.
